Your responsibilities

  • Professional guidance on different project functions within the project scope (work package) and leading a small team of 2-3 system engineers
  • Responsible for the full Building Services scope (electrical, mechanical, firefighting) in terms of cost, quality and time (incl. establishing the time schedules)
  • Coordination and provision of Concept and Basic Engineering under consideration of internal and external interfaces
  • Preparation of technical specifications for the Building Services systems
  • Responsible for supplier selection and timely purchase order
  • Supplier expediting during detail engineering (incl. documentation management and inspections)
  • Active Collaboration with arrangement planning
  • Coordination of the construction works with regard to the integration of the plant as a whole, check of the interfaces for every single lot
  • Guarantee of the information flow within the project team and initiation of problem solving

Your experiences

  • Good Process and Product knowledge
  • Trained mechanical / process engineer
  • Execution experience for all above mentioned Building Services Lots
  • Strong planning and organisation, problem solving skills, high quality standards, assertiveness, team and communication skills
  • Experience in dealing with suppliers and in procuring complex systems
  • Fluent in English (German of advantage)
