Your responsibilities

  • Collaborate and support the category manager on strategy development (Supplier qualification, collect data from the projects execution, supplier performance evaluation, supplier development plan) 
  • Prepare all HZI business RFQ for category in line with the sourcing strategy and within the collaboration of the category manager,
  • Negotiate and place all PO for HZI Business to ensure maximum profitability and minimum risk for the company and projects,
  • Accountable for the end-to-end procurement process with suppliers. From RFQ to end of warranty in collaboration with the category manager, Project Procurement Manager, Supplier Quality manager, Warranty manager,
  • Responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of the suppliers performance,
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with Supplier during the execution of the contracts,
  • Participates in developing related procedures & process improvements within overall functions
  • Conduct discussions on Contract discussions during the execution with all stakeholders,
  • Negotiate together with Project Procurement manager the claims with Suppliers,
  • Communicate and work with a cross-functional team of engineering, procurement, projects, quality,
  • Ensure achievement of relevant procurement KPI’s
  • All other duties as reasonably requested.

Your experiences

  • Previous working experience as senior procurement manager for at least 5 years ideally within Power, Engineering or Civils industries
  • Master in procurement or equivalent
  • Advanced and proven negotiation skills
  • Project management knowledge
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Solid analytical and critical thinker
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of contract legal terms
  • Good knowledge of SAP, eProcurement & MS-Office solutions
  • Multilingual with professional English (B2 – C1)
  • Curious and creative
