Your responsibilities

 
  • Assists the Manager of Commissioning in preparing Training of commissioning teams & plan activities.
  • Organize and coordinate the onboarding and of all staff members to the commissioning team.
  • Provide input to the commissioning time schedule and the commissioning concepts for tenders and projects from HZI templates where required.
  • Assist the commissioning team with the Coordination of Supplier Commissioning Activities.
  • Prepares documents and checks lists for internal Quality Gate Review
  • Participates in the selection of suitable candidates for available roles within the department.
  • Liaise with Global Mobility and People and Culture departments in relation to new staff hires and internal staff transfers between regions, with respect to Right to Work, Visa applications, IT requirements etc
  • Coordinates with project teams to ensure allocation of manpower is completed in line with project time schedule.
  • Liaise with and advise commissioning team members in relation to company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments in relation to commissioning mobilization and execution.
 
Site related activities:
  • Check and report on the status of commissioning activities on site.
  • Collects Lessons Learned and feedback for current and future projects.
  • Surveys commissioning progress (time schedule, budget, quality)
  • Coordinates & Manages Commissioning manpower & Logistics.
  • Support Commissioning during hand over phase from construction and liaise with construction.
  • Coordinates and supports the Commissioning Managers on all site related activities.
  • Keeps the Manager of Commissioning informed of all site related activities.
  • Actively encourages the teams to implement and comply with project HSEQ requirements.
  • Ensures that all relevant HSEQ requirements are incorporated into area of responsibility and that, in consultation with site management, HSE and Commissioning team, HSE hazards are eliminated or mitigated to the extent practicable
  • Ensures that risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are reviewed regarding HSE requirements.

Your experiences

Job specific qualification
  • Process Engineer, HSE Manager, equivalent experience
  • Has knowledge of relevant Health, Safety, Environment, Quality (HSEQ) and management system requirements
  • Valid SCC Certificate or equivalent
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite applications with user knowledge of Sharepoint and COMOS
