HZI’s Service Group combines its own research and development with comprehensive manufacturing and erection capabilities to support our clients throughout the entire life cycle of their plant.

Your responsibilities

Join our small Communications team to build and expand professional and effective communications in a strong growth phase. In your role you will support the Communications business partners in their communications purposes for key projects and contribute to the implementation of the Group's communication strategy.
  • Creating and publishing content in various formats for internal and external channels
  • Managing agencies for the visual and technical implementation of branding-related issues, information campaigns, trade fairs and exhibitions
  • Development and execution of new communication tools
  • Knowledge sharing and deputising within the Communications Team
  • Timely coordination of the communication flow and activities in the internationally established communication team and our mother company in Japan
  • Supporting the integration of newly acquired subsidiaries

Your experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field with 5+ years of communications experience (B2B, and within a global company a plus)
  • Experience in managing digital channels and in managing agencies
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with basic graphic design or video production a plus
  • Excellent team player with good networking and interpersonal skills
  • Results oriented, able to work under tight timelines and easily manage competing priorities
  • Ability to systematically measure the impact created by your activities
  • You are fluent in German and English (verbal and written), French being a plus
