Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for various pre, post award and close out activities in relation to Renewable Gas business unit
  • Develops, improves and supports implementation of Company’s Contract Management processes in alignment with relevant stakeholders in in both pre & post award phases of the projects
  • Responsible for commercial contract conditions with client and consortium partners, including drafting and negotiation with client and consortium partners
  • Where applicable, responsible for developing cashflow associated with pre-award phase of projects
  • Manages legal counsel support
  • Responsible for accurate reporting of activities associated with contract management
  • Implementation HZI’s processes and procedures and accordance with company policies

Your experiences

  • More than 8 years’ experience in comparable function in industrial projects in the construction industry or similar
  • Sound commercial and business knowledge and understanding of project structures
  • Significant experience in drafting, negotiating, administering and closing of EPC, maintenance, service and supply contracts
  • Ability to define and manage commercial aspects associated with project delivery strategy
  • Good understanding of governance requirements when entering new markets
  • Sound understanding of legal concepts and contract law
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) and cross-cultural competences
  • Very good problem-solving skills, ability to consider complex interdependent aspects of problems
  • Proficient in English and German, French, Italian and/or other languages of advantage
