HZI’s Service Group combines its own research and development with comprehensive manufacturing and erection capabilities to support our clients throughout the entire life cycle of their plant.

Your responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for Service sales activities in the global Energy from Waste (EfW) and Renewable Gas markets
  • Definition and implementation of medium- and long-term sales growth strategies and targets for the Service market
  • Deliver the committed sales targets of budgeted order intake and quality of orders for the fiscal year
  • Development and implementation of marketing strategies in collaboration with internal departments
  • Full budget and forecast responsibility for the defined segment
  • Leading a team of regional Sales Manager and local Sales Manager
  • Travelling 40-50%

Your experiences

  • Engineering education with an economic post-graduate degree, and with 10+ years of experience in the EfW, energy or similar markets as senior service sales leader
  • Strong analytical skills and in-depth experience in market development (new and existing)
  • Complete understanding of typical contractual commercial conditions and ability to negotiate
  • High customer focus and communication skills towards a diverse audience
  • Proven leadership experience and skills
  • Resilient, determined, and flexible personality with the readiness to roll-up their sleeves
  • Fluency in English, any other central European language is a plus
