Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the entire supply chain activities and strategy of our Renewable Gas (RG) division, leading a team of approx. 10 people across Europe
  • You oversee the entire supply chain of RG including Sourcing, procurement, quality control & Expediting as well as Logistics
  • You develop and implement the procurement strategy of your division from operational procurement to supplies quality and expediting
  • You work on sourcing alternatives (BCC) for the Renewable Gas portfolio
  • You manage the supplier database related to RG division
  • You monitor and improve the operational efficiency of the team
  • You report to the VP Supply Chain and the VP Renewable Gas
  • You travel approx. 30% across Europe

Your experiences

  • You have a Masters’ degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Procurement or alike with 8+ years’ experience in a leading procurement role as well as proven project management experience
  • You have experience in Renewable Gas, EPC business, and/or manufacturing, and are used to work in an international matrix organization
  • You have proven experience in strategic and/or operational procurement, supplier development, or Category Management
  • You have excellent negotiation and proactive communication skills (ranging from suppliers to C-level), combined with diplomatic talent
  • You are a natural leader, resilient, solution-oriented, grounded, and able to lead and handle change
  • You are fluent in English, German knowledge is a big plus
