Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the entire supply chain activities of our Service division, leading a team of approx. 20 people across multiple locations in Europe
  • You ensure the Supply Chain for big and medium service projects as well as for our operations & maintenance department
  • You develop and implement the procurement strategy of your division from operational procurement to supplies quality and expediting
  • You help to shape the Supply Chain organization for Systems & Service Solutions
  • You engage in frame contract negotiations and ensure that delivery on sites is your team’s priority
  • You report to the VP Supply Chain and the VP Systems & Service Solutions
  • You travel approx. 40% across Europe

Your experiences

  • You have a Masters’ degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Procurement or alike with 5+ years’ experience in a leading procurement role as well as proven project management experience
  • You have experience in EPC business, preferably in brownfield projects, and are used to work in an international matrix organization
  • You have proven experience in establishing supply chain structures and understanding
  • You have excellent negotiation and proactive communication skills (ranging from suppliers to C-level), combined with diplomatic talent
  • You are a natural leader, ambitious and assertive, and able to handle uncertainty
  • You are fluent in English, German knowledge is a big plus
