Your responsibilities

The Executive Assistant, Legal will provide comprehensive administrative support to our General Counsel and the Legal, Contract Management and Compliance Team.  The role requires international expertise and the ability to anticipate needs, think critically and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Provide corporate documentation in connection with international business transactions
  • Prepare resolutions for the governing bodies of the Swiss holding and other group entities
  • Update commercial registry entries and internal corporate records for holding and subsidiaries worldwide
  • Contribute to proper governance of holding and subsidiaries
  • Implement and manage a central corporate database
  • Manage the legal archive (e.g. company contracts)
  • Organize meetings, appointments and business travel and associated tasks for team members
  • Complete a variety of special projects including creating presentations, spreadsheets, reports, specifications

Your experiences

  • Three to five years’ experience in supporting a senior executive or business team in a fast paced international business environment
  • Experienced in writing, editing and proofreading tasks using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a can-do attitude
  • Very strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise, methodical and self-disciplined approach to work
  • Have proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of response.
  • Complementary training or experience as Legal Assistant or Paralegal is advantageous.
  • English and German fluency

  • This role is 70% but could be flexible (60% to 80%) to suit holder
