Your responsibilities

  • Reporting. Responsible/coordination/support/review:
    • Hitachi Zosen Corporation Group reporting Japan: quarterly and annual group reporting of HZI Group entities.
    • Inova Group reporting according to IFRS
    • Respective financial statements of Hitachi Zosen Inova entity according to local GAAP
    • Coordination and Organization of external financial audits/reviews for Hitachi Zosen Inova AG including its subsidiaries/branch offices of HZI Group consolidation
  • Accounting Guidelines
    • Supervision, application and adaption of Hitachi Zosen Inova Group accounting principles.
    • Contact person for accounting topics
  • Internal Control System (ICS):
    • Supervision, application and adaption of ICS according to Japan SOX and Swiss law.
    • Inova Group contact person for HZC internal financial audit
  • Support of Inova entities in budget and forecast process
  • Financing and bank related topics
    • Financing of capital goods incl. lease
  • Support Sales in project development focusing on Finance/Tax/Administration matters
    • Support in preparing business plans for project developments (maximum FDBOO; Finance, Design, Build, Own, Operate)
    • Planning, implementation, monitoring of local set ups from finance/tax/admin view
    • Coordination with parent company
  • Support/plan/implement new developments of ERP systems
  • Mergers & Acquisition:
    • Support of purchase or sales process
    • Purchase price allocation
    • Support of integration process focusing on finance/tax/administrative matters
    • Support in preparing business plans for acquisitions/joint ventures

Your experiences

  • Education in accounting/finance/controlling (e.g. Treuhandexperte, Degree in business administration at university/university of applied science. Potentially certified public accountant
  • Several years’ experience in finance, preferably in the sector of plant construction and capital goods industry
  • Flexible, communicative, resilient
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of ERP system SAP (finance, controlling module) and Microsoft Office programs
  • Good language skills German and English
  • Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • Experience in local General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in the countries HZI is present
