Your responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for the execution of a compliant HR process in a moment of intense growth (creation of work contracts, information to payroll service etc.) for our site in Western Istanbul
  • Support and advise line managers in the recruitment process of blue and white collar employees (candidate management, scheduling etc.)
  • Independent handling of the personnel administration, including interface to payroll administration, employment contracts, entry/leaving formalities, certificates, agreements, correspondence in English and Turkish

Your experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar, and 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience an industrial environment (energy plants, production, shift work etc.)
  • Solid office knowledge
  • Fluency in English and Turkish
  • Autonomous personality, able to multitask and prioritize, with excellent communication and organizational skills
