Your responsibilities

As HR Assistant (50-60%) you are responsible for:
  • Ensuring a professional HR administration from On- to Offboarding for our employees
  • Close cooperation with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Global Mobility and Payroll
  • Point of contact for administrative HR questions
  • Updating our HR intranet site (upload of various documents)
  • Organizing employee events as anniversaries, retirements and other HR events
  • Management of HR office equipment and document storage
As Personal Assistant to Vice President HR (40-50%) your tasks include:
  • Collaboration in HR projects
  • Day to day administrative support
  • Organizing meetings and events

Your experiences

  • Commercial education, preferable with further training as HR assistant
  • At least 3 years’ experience in HR administration
  • Preferably experience within an international and technical oriented organization
  • Open-minded, trustworthy and flexible team-player with organizational flair and hands-on mentality
  • High quality standards, process-oriented thinking and an independent way of working
  • Profound user knowledge in MS Office and ERP systems as SAP an REXX is an advantage
  • Good communication skills German and English (written/spoken)
