Your responsibilities

  • Reporting into the Head of the Project Office and Operational Excellence, lead, inspire and develop our team of Quality Managers
  • Drive adherence to the quality commitments towards our customers
  • Monitor Cost of poor Quality and drive actions to reduce them below any benchmark within the industry
  • Ensure impactful events are addressed by appropriate problem-solving methodology; allowing effective containment and permanent resolution through eradication of the root causes     
  • Partnering with our Operational Excellence team, drive world class Quality Management processes and tools aligned with HZI business strategy

Your experiences

  • Completed Bachelor's/Master's studies, advanced education in quality management is an advantage
  • Proven experience and competency in quality assurance and quality control as well as project execution experience in an EPC environment, with deep understanding of project management concepts
  • Ability to develop a vision for the Quality function, aligned with HZI’s business strategy enabling HZI stay ahead of competition
  • Develop and deploy a functional plan for the Quality function aligned with that vision
  • Experience in the use of standardized methods to identify, contain and permanently fix complex problems
  • Experience in leading and developing teams
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written, other languages are an advantage
