Your responsibilities

  • Further development and coordination of applications
  • Development of concepts for applications
  • Operational planning and control and management of projects in the area of assigned applications
  • Responsible as "Senior Application Consultant" for applications after their introduction
  • Contact person for applications in the HZI Group
  • Ensuring security & compliance in collaboration with the respective expert teams
  • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, user documentation (e-learning, etc.)
  • Substitution of other Application Consultant
  • Collaboration in projects
  • Performing requirements analysis
  • Representing IT and its interests to internal and external stakeholders

Your experiences

Job-specific qualification 
  • Degree / education in computer science, business information systems.
  • Knowledge in MS Online applications as well as: Teams (chat, telephony, collaboration), ODFB, SharePoint/SharePoint Online.
  • Knowledge in project management methods (e.g. Prince2, Hermes, PMI, etc.)
  • Knowledge in application support
  • Good English skills verbal and written, German would be a benefit

Methodological competence 
  •  Experience as a project manager in an international environment
  • Sound knowledge of business process analysis
  • Good communication skills, willingness to perform, customer orientation as well as an accurate and independent way of working
  • Knowledge and implementation experience in the area of Microsoft 365
  • Fast comprehension, with a high degree of initiative and good problem-solving thinking in an innovative and very dynamic environment
