Your responsibilities

  • Ensure the operational availability and further development of the SIEMENS Comos environment
  • Gathering and refinement of software requirements through consultation with users
  • Acting as application power user, providing assistance and guidance to users
  • Responsibility 1st and 2nd level support
  • Coordination of 3rd level support
  • Creation of user and administrator documentation
  • Organise and carry out training in the use of applications
  • Input and participation in the development team
  • Server environment management, interaction with outsourcing partner

Your experiences

Job specific qualification 
  • Experience with IT application administration
  • Enjoy supporting and training users
  • Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience creating scripts for automation (VBScript, VBA) would be an advantage
  • Background in construction or industrial engineering would be an advantage
Competence in working methods 
  • Experience with SIEMENS Comos application would be advantageous
  • Proficient in English, German knowledge advantageous
  • Project Management skills
  • Didactic skills (training + support of internal customers).
  • Ability to work in a structured way
