Your responsibilities

The overall target of the position:

This role is responsible for business user and systems support, supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting for activities related to the ERP system (IFS).

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for the HZI group users with approx. 2500 users in multiple countries
  • Support during the integration of IFS in the HZI Group
  • Support, troubleshoot and debug IFS system errors
  • Dispatch issues to IFS Support and manage cases
  • Manage and administer the ERP Application in multiple environments
  • Support and Coordinate troubleshooting interfaced applications connected to the IFS system
  • Work closely with and collaborate with the IT Infrastructure team and the IFS provider to maintain system performance
  • Configure, test, and deploy IFS patches and upgrades together with the ERP Team
  • Create and maintain user security - roles, permissions, and profiles.
  • Maintain ERP Segregation of Duties
  • Active participation in the application ownership (AO) meetings
