The overall target of the position:
This role is responsible for coordination and documentation of tests prior to updates related to the ERP system (IFS).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Create and update test scenarios based on patch release notes
Coordinate tests with related BPO’s
Document test results
Dispatch issues to IFS Support and manage cases
Coordinate update schedules for IFS within the HZI Group
Work closely with and collaborate with the IT team and Interface specialist for update related changes relevant for external programs
Support and Coordinate troubleshooting interfaced applications connected to the IFS system
Configure, test, and deploy IFS patches and upgrades together with the ERP Team
Active participation in the application ownership (AO) meetings
