Your responsibilities

The overall target of the position:
This role is responsible for enabling customers to add value through services. Service management is considered the interface between the service provider and the customer. Likewise, the tasks to be performed include planning, organizing and coordinating all work processes in the service area. Introduction of standards, methods and tools for service management as well as creation, conclusion and monitoring of service and operation level agreements.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Reports to Manager IT Operation
• Disciplinary leadership of IT service delivery specialists on site in our subsidiaries
• Ensure compliance with IT strategy and policies including security, access rights and workflow requests
• Responsible for the management of general ICT services and operation in a part of our subsidiaries in CH, DE, US, UK, SK, FR
• Participate in Licence Management e.g. Microsoft, etc.
• Provider Management of day-to-day business, monitoring KPIs and compliance with SLAs
• Coordinate setup of our general IT infrastructure solution for our construction sites
• Ticket and incident control/tracking including 3rd party provider tickets
• Approval of IT workflow requests according to our internal IT processes
• Responsible contact for audits
• Project management and collaboration in IT projects
• Responsible for the preparation of the IT budget for Hardware, Software, Licenses, 3rd party providers

• Exceptional communication skills at various levels
• Team player and organizational skills
• Languages: English (spoken + written), German optional
