Your responsibilities

 
  • Have responsibility for source selection and procurement functions directly associated with the Company’s global needs for indirect materials, equipment, services, IT, CAPEX Projects, and other materials as required. These products and services are to be secured at cost quality, and delivery competitive levels consistent with company policy and performance standards
  • Study market prices and trends, conducts benchmarking activities, provides analyses to management, and advises on company activities in conjunction with Supply chain management
  • Secures and analyses quotations, negotiates price and terms with supplier, and recommends suppliers with respect to cost, quality, and the Company’s procurement / supply chain strategic plan, as well as operations and business plans
  • Negotiates prices and delivery terms for all indirect materials, equipment, services and other products required
  • Supports & deputies for Head of Category Management
  • Drives effectiveness and efficiency of operational procurement tasks
  • Participates in developing related procedures & process improvements within overall function
  • Communicates effectively with cross functional peers relating to Indirect sourcing activities

Your experiences

 
  • Holds advanced Procurement Qualification or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
  • Solid procurement experience in International environment
  • Good social skills and reputation for integrity
  • Interdisciplinary project management experience
  • Takes responsibility for ensuring best outcomes
  • Capable of training specific procurement skills at lower levels
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work in cross-functional role with others functions, such as Engineering, Operations, HR, Finance, etc.
