Your responsibilities

  • You shape, design, and deploy our L&D portfolio and include new (e-learning) courses, current best practices, and adapted content to it
  • You contribute to L&D related projects (LMS, succession planning, performance management etc.)
  • You support our talent development activities (coordination of global processes, KPI monitoring etc.)
  • You monitor the impact and results of training programs
  • You are responsible for budgets and relations with vendors and consultants

Your experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resources or related fields with 3+ years’ experience as L&D or Training Manager, preferably in an industrial environment
  • Solid experience in project management and budgeting
  • Experience in course design, LMS handling and learning methodologies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills combined with a strong business acumen
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
