Your responsibilities

  • Manage external workforce on construction sites, locally and abroad
  • Manage subcontractors on the construction site
  • Keep construction diary updated incl. preparation of hourly reports for customers and workforce
  • Prepare overhaul reports for customers
  • Responsible for tool containers (tool list for construction site, inventory list, preparation for next construction site)
  • Inspection of plant parts and advising customers on replacement
  • Advising customers on the procurement of spare parts
  • Supports spare parts sellers with offers for spare parts
  • Prepares work and safety instructions and assembly concepts
  • Monitors project progress on the construction site
  • Feedback of technical problems to improve the product
  • Agreement of additional orders with customers incl. cost calculation
  • Travel activity approx. 80% - 90%

Your experiences

  • Training as a master craftsman or technician is advantageous
  • Experience in maintenance
  • Assembly in international machine or plant construction, preferably waste incineration
  • Communicative and convincing personality
  • Experience in using simple methods to identify and solve existing problems
  • Good user knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel) and PIRS
  • Knowledge of applicable safety guidelines and assembly concepts
  • Good knowledge of German and English and/or French, other languages an advantage
