Your responsibilities
• Creates commissioning documents such as “Commissioning and Test Plan”, “Cleaning Procedures”, “Hot Commissioning Tests” from HZI Templates
• Creates commissioning check sheets out of COMOS
• Prepares documents and checks lists for internal Quality Gate Review
• Support and survey of commissioning and training activities starting at project start
• Checks commissioning activities and reports
• Adapts the commissioning time schedule and the commissioning concepts for tenders and projects from HZI templates
• Surveys commissioning progress (time schedule, budget, quality)
• Assists the Head of Commissioning and Training in the commissioning activities in Head Office (Tenders and Projects)
• Assists the Head of Commissioning and Training on all administrative issues (invoices, time sheets check)
• Assists the training group, participation to HZI training meeting
• Delivers Lessons Learned and feedback for current and future projects
• Keeps the Commissioning Manager informed of all site related activities
• Is aware of the HSE requirements and risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) relevant to their role, and implements and complies with
• Ensures that works within area of responsibility are executed in accordance with the contract requirements and conform with project time and budget requirements

Your experiences
Job specific qualification
- • Mechanical or Process Engineer
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite applications with user knowledge of
Sharepoint and COMOS (training can be provided) or other PID development knowledge
• Valid SCC Certificate or equivalent
• Has knowledge of relevant Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) legal
and management system requirements

• Able to evaluate ideas of others
• Good command of English, other languages an advantage
