Your responsibilities

Construction site and assembly planning and execution management for complex lot and retrofit projects within HZI Business Unit “Systems & Services Solutions”. In detail the tasks of the job holder are:
 
  • Creates erection concepts, site layout plans, schedules, organizational charts, etc. with the appropriate software
  • Plans the site execution process, defines construction site and assembly dates, plans the construction site equipment and infrastructure, equipment, and personnel deployment as far as this is necessary for the quotation phase
  • Determines market-favorable prices based on requests to be created on the basis of the available documents / preliminary planning
  • Evaluate the customer contracts for installation issues and informs the project management about risks
  • If necessary, request planning services for specific topics from external service provider
  • Carry out search for third party personnel for the site and conclude the contract
  • Prepares technical inquiries and technical specifications for construction site-relevant assignments to subcontractors in cooperation with the project management and the purchasing department
  • Evaluates offers for subcontracting, participates in negotiations with contractors, assesses erection companies from a technical point of view and participates in the awarding of site services
  • Register construction sites with the competent authorities (if necessary)
  • Structured handover of the construction site planning to the head of EM (Erection
  • Management) and the project-specific site manager

Your experiences

  • Successfully completed studies in engineering or comparable technical qualification (BA, master craftsman, technician) would be ideal, but is not decisive.
  • The proven several years of successful activity in a comparable position is crucial.
  • Assertive, communicative personality with a confident appearance, who can also move confidently in international negotiations with e.g. customers or subcontractors
  • German business fluent, English negotiable and confident in spoken and written, other foreign languages are an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Willingness to travel for project-related business trips in the context of inspections,
  • meetings, support, etc.
