Your responsibilities
Independent and self-reliant procurement and handling of complex process engineering supply components as part of the overall plants we build. This includes in detail:
•Review of tender documents and contract conditions
•Preparation ofabill of quantity and cost calculations, selection of technical concepts and technical support of our supply chaindepartment in tender projects
•Drafting of procurement concepts, definition and monitoringof interfaces
•Preparation of technical contract documents based oncustomer contracts as well as processand constructional boundary conditions
•Inviteoffers and detailed evaluation by using offer comparisons
•Leadingtechnical contract negotiations and participating in commercial negotiations
•Lead technical supervision of component processing within the overall projectin cooperation with internal and external specialist departments as well as other project participants up to project completion
•Supervision and control of engineering services provided bysuppliers
•Technical data and document management
•Trouble shooting in caseof detected deviations
•Processing of openand defect points and of damage and complaint cases
•Technical lead for the managementand defenseof claims

Your experiences
- Engineering education preferably in the fieldof mechanical engineering/energy technology/plant construction
- Proven experiencein the field of process engineering and electrical and control engineering
- General knowledge in the areas oflayoutplanning and materials science
- Interest in technical contexts and willingness to become acquaintedwith new topics
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication and negotiation skills•organized, precise, and high-quality work style
- fluent in English, German is a big plus
