Your responsibilities

  • Provide manufacturing methods and materials expertise into our Power-to-Gas technology and product portfolio, with main focus on Electrolysers and related systems.
  • Lead & Drive related R&D projects, from target definition to serial production release, applying project management methods and tools along a stage-gate process.
  • Lead team activities and workshops, covering topics from ideation till complex problem-solving tasks, applying analytical and statistical tools (morphological box, DOE, 8D, FMEA, SPC, etc.).
  • Coordinate the project team members, experts and stakeholders globally, internal and external.

Your experiences

  • MSc (or PhD) in manufacturing methods or material sciences with 5+ years industry experience in product / manufacturing development
  • Demonstrated experience as project manager (organizing projects, work scopes etc.)
  • Structured, systematic and focused work style with good documentation skills
  • Ambitious personality, eager to deliver results, with good communication and cooperative skills
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
