Your responsibilities

  • Manages and directs the purchasing of all goods and services for HZI projects worldwide.
  • Aligning our customer contract with contracts with suppliers minimising contractual risk
  • Directs and manages the quality & expediting aspects of all orders for the project
  • Directs and manages the transport logistics issues for the project
  • Manages the contracts with suppliers from PO placement till contractual completion
  • Reports progress, issues, risks and opportunities to both the Project Director and the line management. Responsible for budget, quality and on time delivery.
  • Closely coordinate with engineering and other internal stakeholders for on time PO placement and deliveries
  • Provides feedback to internal stakeholders on supplier performance and improvement potentials

Your experiences

  • More than 5 years experience in process, chemical or related industry
  • Procurement experience with suppliers for system and components
  • Experience in project management for medium or small size projects
  • Experience working with MS office/ SAP/Primavera and such
  • Good knowledge of English, other languages an advantage
