Your responsibilities

  • Operational management of all procurement activities for a plant building project
  • Coordination of complex procurement processes and monitoring compliance with schedule and budget
  • Ensuring compliance of supplier contracts  during the whole project
  • Active claim management and delivery monitoring
  • Core member of the project team, working closely with specialists from other departments and coordinating various disciplines
  • Continuous improvement of procurement processes

Your experiences

  • Commercial degree or technical degree with further education in the commercial sector
  • Experience in interdisciplinary project management (certification advantageous)
  • Procurement experience in an international technical environment
  • Several years of experience in a similar industry (plant construction, machinery industry)
  • Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
  • Fluent in English and French (French mother tongue of advantage)
  • Communicative, pragmatic, solution-oriented person with excellent negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel 10% – 20%
