Your responsibilities

  • With a double reporting line into HZI’s Head of Quality and the Systems and Service Business Vice President, provide Quality Management support to HZI’s System and Service Business
  • Develop and deploy performance enhancing processes within the Systems and Service Business, in alignment with HZI’s Head of Process Management
  • Drive adherence to the quality commitments towards our customers within the System and Service Business
  • Monitor Cost of poor Quality and drive actions to reduce them below any benchmark within the industry
  • Ensure impactful events are addressed by appropriate problem-solving methodology; allowing effective containment and permanent resolution through eradication of the root causes

Your experiences

  • Completed Bachelor's/Master's studies
  • Advanced education in quality management and/or Auditor Certification is an advantage
  • Several years of experience in Quality Management within a project environment, ideally in an organization conducting operation and maintenance, retrofits and repairs in industrial plants
  • Experience in development and deployment of Quality Management systems and in the use of standardized methods to identify, contain and permanently fix complex problems
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written, other languages are an asset
