Reporting & Consolidation Specialist

Your responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain the consolidation and intercompany reconciliation process
  • System administration of Tagetik software incl. maintenance of master data
  • Manage and monitor consolidation tasks of reporting and Hitachi Zosen Inova Group entities, incl. top level consolidation entries
  • Reporting: Support Accounting / Controlling / Treasury by providing Tagetik based reports for various entities and the Group
  • Develop, test and deploy new reports to comply with the Finance Team and management needs
  • Establish, develop and amend Accounting / Reporting Guidelines and Group chart of accounts
  • Internal Control System (ICS):
    - Design and maintenance of internal controls over financial reporting processes
    - Implement periodical reviews on reportings prepared by local finance managers
  • Assist Finance / Controlling Team in finance projects
  • Actively support internal and external audits of financial statements and corresponding reports
  • Training of employees in consolidation / reporting topics

Your experiences

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting / Finance / Controlling or equivalent diploma
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical accounting, financial reporting and consolidation
  • Deep knowledge of IFRS obtained in a multinational group or consultancy company
  • Profound knowledge of consolidation / reporting systems (Tagetik preferred), SAP FI/CO and Microsoft Office programs (Excel)
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships, flexible and communicative, resilient
  • Excellent language skills in German and English
