Your responsibilities

  • Support of our Operations Leader in all aspects of Enterprise Risk Management (frameworks, policy setting, process design, ensuring risk awareness etc.)
  • Manage our BCP program incl. Information Security regarding non-IT elements
  • Support and moderate workshops (business risks, new product launch, etc.)
  • Identify and report risks to the Executive Board and the mother company in Japan

Your experiences

  • 5+ years in International Risk Management in construction business with an APM Risk Level 2 certification (or equivalent)
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial processes
  • Strong communication and conceptual skills, detail-oriented and autonomous personality
  • Willingness to travel to Zurich Headquarter occasionally
  • Fluency in English, any other European language is an advantage
