HZI’s Service Group combines its own research and development with comprehensive manufacturing and erection capabilities to support our clients throughout the entire life cycle of their plant.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the commercial and execution part of Service projects for the EfW and RG market in Italy, i.e.:
  • You visit (potential) customers to define needs for retrofit and maintenance projects
  • You elaborate offers for Service projects in collaboration with our teams in Zurich and France (HZI ESTI)
  • You act as Project Manager for the execution phase of your projects
  • You support and facilitate the development of medium size Service projects
  • You travel 50-60% mainly in Italy, occasionally to France and Switzerland

Your experiences

  • Trained engineer with 5+ years’ experience as project, site, construction or commissioning manager or as technical sales manager, preferably in the energy sector or plant business
  • Good experience with mechanical works, , spare parts, and/or plant overhaul activities
  • Sound communication and negotiation skills; pragmatic solution-oriented mindset, and team player within a remote team
  • Proactive, autonomous, and entrepreneurial personality
  • Fluent in Italian, good level in English and French; any other language is a plus
