• Full responsibility for the establishment and execution of the national people strategy across all locations in Germany (from recruitment to talent management, wellbeing to compensation & benefits)
• You partner with our German business leadership team to coach and support them regarding people topics (from HR operations to organizational development)
• You will be a team leader of HR professionals
• You collaborate and exchange with the global HR community
• You ensure constant employee engagement, good labour conditions and compliance with different internal and external requirement
• Occasional travelling to different locations within Germany and Zurich Headquarters

• Trained professional with 10+ years of operational and strategic HR experience in international organizations, preferably in matrix structures
• Strong knowledge of national labour conditions, social security and income tax and regulations for both, white- and blue-collar positions
• Strong project management, change management and partnering skills
• Customer and result oriented attitude and willingness to cover a wide range of tasks
• Strong MS Office skills and ideally experience with HR ERP systems
• Native speaker in German and fluency in English
