Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, maintain, and innovate HR processes and policies across the organization
- Integrate HR processes and policies with local and global systems to ensure consistency and compliance
- Manage and maintain HR systems, including HRIS, ATS, performance management, and learning management systems
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides for HR processes and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR data is accurate and timely
- Serve as the first point of contact for all HR process and system-related questions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to HR processes and systems.
Your experiences
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
- 5 years of experience in HR processes and systems management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in working effectively in remote, cross-functional and international teams
- Excellent English skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Autonomous and self-driven personality
- Very high customer and business orientation
Project Management:
- Experience managing larger and more complex projects
- Ability to identify and manage project risks
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience with agile project management
Information Technology:
- Experience managing and maintaining complex IT infrastructures
- Experience with programming languages and technologies relevant to the organization
- Experience in IT security management and data protection
Process and Systems Management:
- Experience in designing and implementing more efficient work processes
- Knowledge of advanced process and systems management software solutions
- Experience in auditing and optimizing processes and systems
