Your responsibilities

The overall target of the position:
Our organization is seeking an experienced HR Processes and Systems Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, updating, improving, integrating, and innovating HR processes and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, maintain, and innovate HR processes and policies across the organization
  • Integrate HR processes and policies with local and global systems to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Manage and maintain HR systems, including HRIS, ATS, performance management, and learning management systems
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides for HR processes and systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR data is accurate and timely
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all HR process and system-related questions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to HR processes and systems.

Your experiences

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
  • 5 years of experience in HR processes and systems management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in working effectively in remote, cross-functional and international teams
  • Excellent English skills
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Autonomous and self-driven personality
  • Very high customer and business orientation

Project Management:
  • Experience managing larger and more complex projects
  • Ability to identify and manage project risks
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience with agile project management

Information Technology:
  • Experience managing and maintaining complex IT infrastructures
  • Experience with programming languages and technologies relevant to the organization
  • Experience in IT security management and data protection

Process and Systems Management:
  • Experience in designing and implementing more efficient work processes
  • Knowledge of advanced process and systems management software solutions
  • Experience in auditing and optimizing processes and systems
