Your responsibilities

  • You develop design concepts for our Anaerobic Digestion (AD) products and systems, from basic to detail engineering (in collaboration with other departments)
  • You prepare all relevant process documents, i.e. P&IDs, engineering lists, logic diagrams, factory inspection tests etc. for tendering and execution projects
  • You conduct the technical evaluation of bids, join the supplier selection process, and ensure timely order of your assigned systems and components
  • You prepare and participate in HAZOP analysis and system risk assessments
  • You report to the project manager during execution phase
  • You act as product responsible for assigned process systems and components
  • You support the construction and commissioning teams on site
  • You support the warranty and service teams after handing over the project
  • You travel up to 20 % to site

Your experiences

  • You are a trained process engineer with 5+ years’ experience in a similar role in the field of biogas, anaerobic digestion or alike
  • You have experience in concept development, finding solid technical and commercial solutions, and have worked on a plant (operations, commissioning, construction or alike)
  • You are proficient with MS Office, especially MS Excel, as well as with CAE engineering tools (e.g. COMOS)
  • You have good communication skills, are solution-oriented, and feel comfortable working in remote teams
  • You are an autonomous, convincing personality who enjoys working in teams
  • You are fluent in English, Italian and / or German are a big plus
