Your responsibilities

  • Execution of building services lots under the coordination of a technical project manager
  • Responsible for the electrical Building Services scope (small power and lighting distribution, external lighting, IT and communication systems, CCTV, etc.) in terms of cost, quality and time
  • Coordination and provision of Concept und Basic Engineering under consideration of internal and external interfaces
  • Preparation of technical specifications for the procurement packages
  • Responsible for supplier selection and timely purchase order
  • Supplier expediting during detail engineering (incl. documentation management and inspections)
  •  Active Collaboration with arrangement planning, civil department, electrical department and process departments
  • Coordination of the construction works regarding the integration of the plant, check of the interfaces for every single lot

Your experiences

  • Good Process and Product knowledge
  • Completed engineering degree in the field or relevant educational background with some years of professional experience
  • Execution experience for the above-mentioned Building Services Lots − Fluent in English
  • Competence in planning and organization, problem solving skills, high quality standards, assertiveness, team and communication skills
  • With basis on experience, recognizes possible solutions, adapts and performs in different situations
  • Experience in dealing with suppliers and in procuring complex systems
  • Experience with multidisciplinary project teams
