Systems Procurement Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Drive procurement activities for allocated equipment (develop supplier panels, collecting engineering inputs, sending request for quotations, negotiating, Purchase Order awarding and claims management)
  • Together with engineering teams seek best technical and commercial solution
  • Curious to learn in detail allocated equipment for procurement
  • Develops purchasing strategy for allocated procurement lots
  • Negotiates and set price lists for Frame Agreements and standardisation initiatives
  • Communicates effectively with peers
  • Applies effectiveness and efficiency of operational procurement tasks
  • Participates in developing related procedures & process improvements within overall function
  • Ensures effectiveness and efficiency through adherence to company processes
  • Supports procurement department in achieving objectives

Your experiences

  • University degree with multiple years of relevant procurement experience within an EPC environment
  • Strong skills in stakeholder and change management
  • Advanced negotiation skills with knowledge in sourcing, bidding and category management
  • Self-motivated and capable of working in multi-functional teams ideally in a project environment
  • Ability to detach complex tasks into working packages
  • Proficient in English, any other language is an advantage
