Your responsibilities

  • Drive procurement activities for allocated equipment (develop supplier panels, collecting engineering inputs, sending request for quotations, negotiating, Purchase Order awarding and claims management)
  • Together with engineering teams seek best technical and commercial solution
  • Develops purchasing strategy for allocated procurement lots
  • Negotiates and set price lists for Frame Agreements and standardisation initiatives
  • Communicates effectively with peers
  • Applies effectiveness and efficiency of operational procurement tasks
  • Participates in developing related procedures & process improvements within overall function
  • Ensures effectiveness and efficiency through adherence to company processes
  • Supports procurement department in achieving objectives
  • Ensure effectiveness and efficiency through adherence to company processes

Your experiences

  • Industry experience (Oil&gas/Energy sector/EfW) experience
  • Relevant system&process knowledge
  • Independent development and optimalization of system and specification
  • Excellent understanding of PID diagrams
  • Ability to define functional description
  • Fluent (minimum B2 level) in written and spoken English and Slovak, any other language skills are an advantage
  • Good knowledge of CAE Tools (Comos etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • May have some project management experience
  • Ideally good market and product knowledge
