Tendering Assistant

Your responsibilities

  • Preliminary erection TTS (tender time schedule) and site related manpower plan creation
  • Temporary site layout incl. site offices, roads, warehouses, laydown areas, fencing, etc. preparation
  • Final tender site layout and infrastructure plan preparation
  • Tender project strategy development support & preparation
  • BOQ (bill of quantity) analysis & comments
  • Erection price sheet template preparation
  • Preparation of RFQ for bidders and offer analysis, if necessary
  • Calculation of final tender costs for installation lots, including site infrastructure & site manpower costs based on available information
  • Market research analysis
  • Preparation of necessary tender documents including crane concept and erection concept
  • Participation in developing related procedures & process improvements within overall function
  • Ensuring of effectiveness and efficiency through adherence to subcontracting processes
  • Support of the department in achieving objectives including close cooperation with C&C ME tendering team

Your experiences

  • Technical and/or commercial education
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of Sourcing, Bidding and Category Management
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office
  • DWG: Basic User of AutoCAD
  • Negotiation skills
  • Understanding of QA processes appropriate to Supply Markets
  • Ideally multicultural experience
  • Ideally multilingual with very good English
  • Ability to work in a structured way
