Your responsibilities

  • You define, distribute, and supervise work packages within the project scope
  • You define the BoP scope in case of non-existing customer specification
  • You clarify the DoW for EPC and consortium projects together with the proposal manager
  • You ensure on-time costing and technical solutions of the BoP packages, incl. negotiations with (potential) suppliers
  • You prepare necessary process engineering documentation, i.e. equipment design calculations, balances, process flow diagrams, concepts, etc.
  • You work closely with the Proposal Management Team, incl. document preparation for decision making
  • You handover the proposal project to project execution after contract signature
  • You travel approx. 20 %

Your experiences

  • You are a trained mechanical engineer with 5+ years’ experience in Process and Product Engineering of industrial plants, preferably in EPC projects
  • You have solid project management skills, tendering experience is a plus
  • You have excellent planning and organizational skills, problem-solving capabilities, and negotiation skills
  • You are comfortable working in multi-disciplinary teams, and communicate effectively
  • You are fluent in English
