Your responsibilities

  • Direct commercial administration of site & installation lots including SAP PO registration, invoices approval, costs forecast and purchase orders follow-up
  • Day to day assistance in CC Subcontracting & project Purchase Orders issuing and expediting
  • SUMO (supplier database) administration – contractors’ approval, RFQ preparation and issue, forum administration
  • Support sourcing & subcontracting strategy for projects
  • Analysis of received offers
  • Negotiation of related project installation lots including site procurements lots
  • Participates in developing related procedures & process improvements within overall function
  • Ensures effectiveness and efficiency through adherence to subcontracting processes
  • Supports the department in achieving objectives including close cooperation with C&C ME tendering team
  • Supports & deputies for Head of TES & PCM for subcontracting issues

Your experiences

  • Ideally commercial & technical education with the market experience
  • procurement, commercial department) from technical industry (power, general industry, others)
  • Technical or commercial education
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of Sourcing, Bidding and Category Management
  • Knowledge of SAP, MS-Office and eProcurement solutions
  • Negotiation skills
  • Understanding of supply contract law (Swiss & Anglo Saxon)
  • Understanding of QA processes appropriate to Supply Markets
  • Ideally multilingual with Fluent English (German would be an asset)
