Your responsibilities

• Ensure the contractual warranty obligation towards the client
• Active multidisciplinary claim management
• Processing of damage reports from the client and coordination of execution
• Reporting the project status and progress to the management on a regular basis
• Coordination of annual maintenance with the clients/partners and internal departments
• Leadership of the local warranty engineer (on site)
• Maintaining a constructive and cooperative relationship with the client and represent HZI interests in such a way that the project is economical for HZI
• Leading regular client meetings
• Ensuring the flow of information within the organisation and bringing about solutions to problems
• Ensuring exchange of experience (feedback from project) with product managers
• Handover of the project to the service
• Actively identifying and initiating follow-up business
• Ensuring compliance with HSE requirements relevant to the role

Your experiences

• Providing technical guidance to people with different tasks within the organisation
• Develops conceptual solutions taking into account operational aspects
• Installation, commissioning and operating experience advantageous
• Good process and product knowledge
• Experience in international industrial large-scale plant construction and in dealing with different cultures
• Can recognise a possible approach based on experience, adapt it to the situation and carry it out
• Has experience in using standardised methods to solve complex problems
• Has extensive experience in dealing with many different suppliers
