Your responsibilities

  • Selling Kompogas® plants
  • Active role in working the markets (from Business Development to Contract close)
  • Promote and focus on projects and contracts which are in line with HZI’s corporate strategy and economic targets
  • Establish and foster continuous care of relationship to existing and new customers, project partners, consultants, agents, prior and after sales
  • In cooperation with the proposal team prepare an economically attractive solution tailored to the clients’ requirements and local conditions
  • Develop marketing strategy within the delegated areas, as well as define measures for its successful implementation
  • Willing to travel (approx. 20-50%)

Your experiences

  • Good knowledge of technical processes and/or products applied in anaerobic digestion and biogas applications
  • More than 6 years’ experience in sales, proposal management or project execution within international plant construction projects, preferably biogas plants
  • Profound understanding of commercial and contractual concepts applied in the plant construction business
  • Extensive and successful experience in contract negotiation with customers or partners
  • High customer focus and excellent communication skills
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills, high assertiveness
  • Strategically and tactically versatile, goal-oriented approach and result-orientated
  • Proficient in English and Italian, good command of German
  • Ability to motivate, lead and pro-actively support proposal team
  • Experience in project-related leadership of different functions
