PCM Assistant

Your responsibilities

  • Acting as PCM’s Assistant for the C&C Team to establish: erection plans for the relevant project’s execution, considering HSE, quality, time and cost
  • Resource planning (in coordination with PCM)
  • Preparation & analysis of Arrangement & Erection Drawings, Lifting Plans, Schedules, Sketches and other plans (in coordination with PCM)
  • Support for the PCM’s to achieve the work package objectives
  • Specification and procurement of installation packages and tools in cooperation with the PCM’s
  • Carry out search for third party personnel for the projects and conclude the contract (purchase order)
  • Regular reporting to PCM
  • Identify deviations and risks and act proactively and fast, in coordination with the PCM’s
  • Providing administrative support to the PCM
  • Creation and adaptation of documents and templates
  • Developing and coordination of business review reports in conjunction with PCM’s

Your experiences

  • Knowledge and several years’ experience of plant erection, preferably of large industrial plants
  • Experience of erection planning, arrangement drawings, schedules using the
  • Can establish high-level planning, based on analysis
  • Based on experience, identify complex, multilevel problems early and choose solutions,
    including in a work environment in which not all necessary information is available
  • Knowledge of relevant HSEQ legal and management system requirements
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft, Auto Cad, P5 and MS Project, Navisworks
  • Solution orientated
  • Good forward planner
  • Ability to present ideas effectively
  • Good command of English, other languages an advantage
  • The ideal candidate acts independently to determine methods and ability to work with limited supervision
