Your responsibilities

  • Preparation of PIDs, Engineering Lists, Functional Descriptions and other process engineering documentation in our CAE database COMOS
  • Conceptual and basic design and selection of BOP equipment (e.g. Cranes, Compressors, Pumps, Pipework and Ducts)
  • Provision of inputs for the operation and maintenance manual (templates and projects)
  • Active collaboration with arrangement planning, civil department, electrical department and process departments
  • Interface clarification and management with other process departments and the electrical department
  • Provision of process input requirements for other faculties (e.g. arrangement planning, system engineering, etc.)
  • Specification of instrumentation (measuring principles, measuring range, measuring position etc.)
  • Ensure supplier compliance with HZI specifications (electrical & mechanical) and check of supplier documentation (e.g. datasheets, electrical documentation, mechanical documentation)
  • Supplier expediting during detail engineering
  • Commissioning support

Your experiences

  • Engineering degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • First experience in the plant construction business and in the usage of CAE tools (KKS experience of advantage)
  • Solid understanding of wiring diagrams, cabinet layouts, datasheets etc.
  • Knowledge in the field of plant automation
  • User experience of CAE Tools (preferably COMOS) and MS-Office
  • Fluent in English (German of advantage)
  • Competence in planning and organization, problem solving skills, high quality standards, assertiveness, team and communication skills
